School Board settles with Christian boys punished for being uncomfortable with transgenders in their locker room

Loudoun County Public Schools has settled with two Christian students accused of sexual harassment.

The boys, students at Stone Bridge High School, faced punishment for expressing discomfort over a transgender peer using their locker room in March 2025. The student, a biological female identifying as male, recorded three boys in the locker room as they expressed their opinions on the matter. Two of the three were found to be “responsible for ‘sexual harassment’ and discrimination,” which will remain on their records, alongside a 10-day suspension, ABC7 reports.

“The school district dropped its Title IX claim against one of the students, who is Muslim, and brought additional Title IX violations against the two other students, who are Christian, according to their lawyers at the Founding Freedoms Law Center,” according to Fox News
