Last week, Biden’s Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson began her confirmation hearings in the Senate. During the hearings, Senator Ted Cruz (R-Tx.) and Senator Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) questioned Jackson on her record of giving light sentences to people who consume and distribute child pornography.
