CANADA: Riot Police Choke Man On Ground For Not Wearing Face Mask

Video recorded by Rebel News reporter Mocha Bezirgan shows a police officer in Montreal, Canada choke a man who was laying on the ground in the process of an arrest for not wearing a face mask outside and in public. The man, who had already been tackled on the ground by police and was in the process of being subdued by a crowd of regular police and riot control police during a lockdown protest in Montreal, Canada, began shouting at the officers. Seconds later, a riot police officer used his left hand to restrain and choke the man by his neck, prompting members of the crowd to begin shouting. Police officers then attempted to block the cameras recording the scene.
